We are seeing an increase in construction and home sales across the United States… And here in Park City we are booming. Last month the Park City Building Department saw one of its busiest /profitable months in recent history. The National Association of Realtors posted that sales of newly constructed homes the first quarter of this year are up 23.7% over the same quarter in 2014 and building permits have soared 11.8% being the strongest since 2007. Low mortgage rates help too… And here in Park City we are busy, busy, busy.

I have the pleasure of being part of a local building project at 770 Hollyhock in the Glenwild Golf Community.
