As of May 20, 2015 at Glenwild there are 17 homes available to purchase from $1.8 million up to $8.9 million, this obviously provides you with a wide variety of options, these homes range from 4,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft. Over the past 12 months 8 homes have closed with only one being in the 3 million dollar range; however two are currently “under contract” but have not closed yet with one just below 3 million and the other around 3.3 million. Of the 17 homes on the market today 12 are under 3 million offering some very good value in Glenwild.

As of May 20th in Promontory there are 64 homes available to purchase priced from $1,015,000 to just over $7 million and 17 homes are under contract…of the under contract homes 9 are Cabins (priced 1 million to 1.7 million). Over the past year 72 homes have closed which shows a strong activity in Promontory. This coming weekend Promontory hosts an open house weekend showcasing most of their homes that are for sale…so if you are in town you just might wish to drive out and take a look…it is a great opportunity to see what is available.
