If you haven't read it yet the 2017 Year End Wasatch Back Market Overview is here for your review. This week we wanted to share some local updates and February events in and around Park City.

PARK MEADOWS COUNTRY CLUB BEGINS A NEW ERA - A year-long renovation brings an expanded dining room and bar with the best views in Park City! Members enjoy private dining with their own 21-&-over bar, and look forward to a thriving deck scene come spring. Executive Chef Alex Woodside has created menus to suit many tastes and dining preferences. Members especially love the convenience of dining with easy access during the busy ski and Sundance Film Festival seasons.

In addition to the dining room and bar and the walkable Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course, members have access to a retail golf shop with low member pricing; year-round golf simulator for practice, lessons, leagues, and events; luxury locker rooms with lounge space, steam rooms, and modern finishes; 2,000 sq. ft. fitness center with brand-new cardio equipment and 600 sq. ft. movement studio with heated floor, and more. Phase Two of the renovation project includes a new, larger swimming pool, F&B service building, bocce ball and pickleball courts, all coming summer 2018. USA - Trips To Discover recently posted America’s 9 Most Beautiful Mountain Towns to Visit and Park City, Utah makes the list. The historic mining town of Park City is also best known for its legendary skiing, with most frequently visited during the winter months, but in other seasons, visitors can enjoy all sorts of activities on the water, like fishing for trout in blue ribbon streams, boating and more, as well as active land pursuits like mountain biking and hiking amid the impressive scenery. The town itself offers a whole lot too, and is lined with 19th-century buildings from its silver mining boom days. A number of popular events are hosted here, like January’s Sundance Film Festival and the July Food & Wine Classic, so you may want to plan your trip around one of them.
