"When we started looking for a new house, we went to a number of open houses and even put a bid in on one home, but none of the agents ever followed up with us.  One day, we called Ramon about a house that he was advertising in the Park Record. We had never spoken with Ramon prior to this call, but he jumped into action.  We went and looked at his listing and it was not a fit, but he used our comments to build a profile of what we wanted in a home and set to work. Ramon listed the home and was very honest in one of the lots (explaining that it was slightly out of territory) and explained that the realtor on site would have a higher chance of selling it.
