This is the furthest community from Old Town and from SLC, however well worth the extra time. The beauty of Victory Ranch is seen from almost every lot. It is located in Francis, Ut about 22 miles from Old Town. The unique aspect of this “golf” community” is that it is not just golf….it has the Provo River running through it…which is a specular bonus to those who fly fish. Again as hard as it is to believe…from the airport there is only one stoplight…so you will be home in no time. The development has really begun to take off with sales of their cabins and lots.
