Glenwild / Silver Creek
Glenwild is a private gated golf course community considered to be one of the best in the state. Tom Fazio designed this beautiful 18-hole course that has been rated #1 in the state since opening in 2002 by Golf Digest. Glenwild features a clubhouse with a restaurant for members and comes with fantastic views of Park City's ski resorts. This community consists of 199 single-family home lots and was rated by Travel and Leisure Golf Magazine as “Top 100 Golf Communities”. Glenwild trail runs 8 miles around the property with amazing views of Snyderville Basin and North America’s Largest Ski Resort. Private memberships are available through the club.
The Silver Creek area is located at the junctions of Highways 80 and 40. Silver Creek has stunning views of Park City's ski resorts and has convenient access to Park City and Salt Lake City. The properties here tend to be on large open lots and are perfect for equestrian purposes. Some of the roads are unpaved, but well maintained, which makes them ideal for horseback riding. Pine Meadows, Forest Meadows, and Tollgate Canyon are also considered to be in the Glenwild/Silver Creek area and are located in the woods a bit further out in the mountains. Some of these areas can only be accessed seasonally and make for an amazing retreat just outside the city.
