Kimball Junction

Kimball Junction is the entrance to the Park City corridor, via Highway 224. Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Olympic Park can be seen from this location. Kimball Junction is located on the Park City bus route and offers single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums in a thriving commercial/retail area.

The Redstone area is a village-like development within the Kimball Junction area featuring shops, restaurants, cinema, a bowling alley and nightlife. The adjacent Newpark Hotel and retail development adds to the energetic hub. This region is also home to the Tanger Outlet Mall and the Newpark field house with year round programs offered through the Basin Rec Center. This area is very accommodating for residents who want to stay within the Park City school district, but may work in the Salt Lake City area and want the convenience of being close to both. Subdivisions in this area include: Blackhawk Station, Spring Creek, Canyon Creek Club, Crestview, Fox Point at Redstone, Newpark Hotel, Newport Resort Residences, Powderwood and Trout Creek. Many of these developments are well suited to vacation homeowners who wish to rent their units out while they are not using them, but some do not allow nightly rentals and others have strict guidelines regarding pets.
