Lower Deer Valley is located less than a mile from Historic Main Street by the Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort. This area consists of both condominiums and single-family homes. Lower Deer Valley has its own internal energy and is in great demand for both winter and summer due to its proximity to skiing and the summer concerts at Deer Valley Resort.
