The Park Meadows area is a quiet Park City family neighborhood surrounding the Park Meadows Country Club and the PC M.A.R.C. Rec Center. Park Meadows consists of single-family homes as well as some condominiums with mostly full-time residents. Second homeowners also enjoy this convenient location with beautiful views as an alternative to resort life. Although the number of vacant buildable lots is relatively scarce, many residents have opted to do extensive remodeling work to some of the more dated homes in the area, thus giving one of Park City’s older neighborhoods a beautiful facelift. Park Meadows is located directly in the middle of town and offers easy access to all of Park City’s year round resorts and great views from many locations.
