Pinebrook
The Pinebrook neighborhood is located in the northwestern corner of Summit County close to the Salt Lake Valley. Next to Summit Park, this is the one of the next closest one can get to the Salt Lake Valley in the Park City area, which makes it an ideal location for the Salt Lake commuter. This area is surrounded by woods and is full of private trails, public trails, and parks. Lower Pinebrook, closest to Highway 80, features many condominium developments such as Brook Hollow Village, Cedar Ridge, The Courtyards at Quarry Village, Elk Run, Pine Creek, Pinebrook Cottages, Pinebrook Pointe, and The Ranch Condominiums. Single-family home subdivisions include Ecker Village, Highmeadows at Pinebrook and Horsethief Canyon. The middle section of Pinebrook consists of Boothill, Eagle Ridge and Ecker Hill subdivisions; and features a wide range of homes from the 1980s to present day construction. Upper Pinebrook consists of very upscale, newer, single-family homes and some lots. The Quarry Mountain shopping area features restaurants, small boutiques, yoga and a full service grocery store.
