It is time for our Second Quarter Market Report for Park City and its neighboring areas. Rick can share with you the latest mortgage rates ranging from 3.50% -3.750% for a 30 year fixed and 2.750% - 3.375% for a 7/1 ARM (rates are always subject to change).
