There are 24 homes in Red Ledges that are available for sale that range in price from $559K to $2.6 million…these homes represent a great value being from 2,500 sq ft up to 7,500 sq ft. Currently 3 homes are under contract with 15 homes that have sold in the past 12 months. There were 15 closings in the past year…Red Ledges has picked up the volume of activity over the past several months. They are opening their new clubhouse this summer which is widely anticipated by their members.

Out at Tuhaye there are 7 homes on the market as of today ranging from $1.3 million to $3.2 million and they range in size from 3,567 sq ft to just over 7,300 sq ft. One home is currently under contract and 6 homes have sold in the past year…therefore about a one year inventory. Victory Ranch has gone under it’s own re-organization with vast improvements in the community…they have reduced density and added amenities…Victory Ranch may feel like it is way out of town, however it is only a 20 min drive to Old Town.
